What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within 10 days of the order date, provided they are in original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with the tags attached. Items marked as "final sale" or purchased with a promotional code with a "final sale" disclaimer cannot be returned.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please package it securely and ship it to us using your preferred carrier. Note that we do not provide prepaid return labels, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, less the original shipping and handling fees. If you used a gift card or store credit for the purchase, the refund will be issued as a gift card.
Can I return a gift card?
No, gift cards are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
What happens if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at fashionistaboutique1231@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
Are sale items eligible for return?
No, items marked as "final sale" or purchased using a promotional code with a "final sale" disclaimer are not eligible for return.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Do you provide prepaid return labels?
No, we do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
What if my original payment method is no longer active?
If we cannot refund your original payment method, we will issue the refund via a gift card.
How can I track my return?
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to send your return. Retain the tracking number for reference, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order is placed, we may not be able to cancel or modify it. Please contact customer service as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist.
